The shifts are Monday through Friday 8am-5pm (45 hours per week) We are hiring for a 2nd case in Hyde Park, PA 15641 that is Tuesdays and Wednesdays 8am-5pm (18 hours per week The pay rate is $18.

About the Role:
JCAH Caregiver, Home Health Aide (HHA), Direct Support Professional (DSP) works under the direction of the Client Care Manager and under the general guidance of the Participant.
Our Caregivers, Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) are responsible for providing supportive care to the Participant as they help them with the instrumental activities of daily living, allowing them to remain in their residence and maintain as much independence as possible.
Our Caregivers, Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or older Must have a current Driver's license Must be able to work on a case with 2 pet dogs in the home Must be authorized to work in the U.
S.
Must meet minimum qualifications for each of the following background checks:
Criminal Background Investigation, ChildLine Verification, FBI background check Must satisfactorily complete JEVS Care at Home written exam and orientation program Must be able to function in a home setting with minimal direct supervision, goal-oriented tasks outlined on the client's ISP and must work towards goal with client Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions and document services provided Must be genuinely concerned about helping people and have high moral standards of honesty and integrity Experience as a DSP (Direct Support Professional) or DCW (Direct Care Worker) preferred and must have own transportation to take client out in the community NEW HIRE BONUS EFFECTIVE 7.
